Made a booking for two via online for dinner on a Saturday, very easy process and would recommend booking so you do not get disappointed if they are full.

The food here was insanely good although the service was a bit slow. We went with the full tasting menu (7 dishes), started at 8:30pm and finished around 11:15pm. All of the savory dishes were great specially. The desserts were mediocre. Overall a great experience to dine while in Dijon.

Wow!!! Loiseau does Ducs was out of this world!!!!!

Blew me away and then some. Great food. Best service. Cheese cart was UNREAL!!!!!!

I had high expectations for lunch; not only did Loiseau des Ducs meet my expectation, but it surpassed it!

Cannot wait to come back.

I booked a table online and everthing went well. I chose the Grand menu, 5 courses (at the end I had 8) - an aperitiv, greetings from the kitchen, an egg cooked an hour at 64 degree as a starter, foie gras mousse, fish, wild pork with nut polenta, cheese, tarte tartin in its single parts with an apple sorbet and jasmin flavour and some sweet pieces at the end. The first two dishes with a local white and the main dish including the cheese with a red wine - recommendation by the somelier. I had a fantastic evening, enjoyed the various courses and had never such a white wine before.
